- You no longer have an address in Japan.

How it is calculated
- Employees' Pension: average standard remuneration × payment rate (0.5 for 6 months … 5.5 for 60 months). Bonuses count from April 2003.
- National Pension: the fixed amount for the fiscal year of your last payment, in 6-month steps.
- Monthly salary is treated as the standard monthly remuneration, limited to ¥88,000–¥650,000.
Please note
This is an estimate based on the Japan Pension Service formulas (updated 1 April 2026). Your actual payment is decided by the Japan Pension Service. Months with partial exemption count partly. If your last month is before April 2021, the limit is 36 months.
